Some people belive that Immigration Law is simply completing forms and sending them to USCIS.
Immigration Law is very complex and ever changing.
The consequences making of mistakes with USICS or using inexperienced help can lead to unnecessary costs and delays, permanent separation from family members and sometimes removal (deportation) from the United States.
An experienced Immigration Attorney can help you avoid these problems and ensure that your case moves through our complicated immigration system as smooth as possible. While we cannot guarantee your case will be approved we can help minnimize problems and delays with your case.
